Every member of The Hi-Line Team strives to create a unique interaction between our customers and retail partners to support sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Team members work together to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Exemplifying The Hi-Line Company in-store experience
- Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers and dispensary staff as the face of The Hi-Line Company with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Ensure The Hi-Line Company brand inside the dispensary reflects The Hi-Line Company merchandising strategy and standards.
- Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
- Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
- Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products.
- Being onsite for dispensary events and activations
- Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use The Hi-Line Company products
- Complete product training and pass with 90%
- Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training
- Complete and Pass POS training
- Keep up with the schedule on Blitzs, ISA’s and Budtender
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking to enhance our company by finding an excellent Office Administrator who has the drive and motivation to grow with our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Assist with administrative duties of the CEO and Operations Coordinator
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Take detailed notes at management and company meetings.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Assist in planning and executing in-house or off-site activities, celebrations and conferences
- Write and edit documents from letters and emails to instructional documents and spreadsheets
- Prepare invoices and outgoing packages
- Other duties as assigned
NECESSARY SKILLS / PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
- Exceptional communication and people skills – can represent the company with professionalism and confidence
- Experience with general office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot problems with them when they arise
- Ability to work with Google Suite products, especially Gmail, Google Calendar, and Drive
- Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Design are a plus
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a filing system
- Ability to handle and count cash
