Return Policy for The Hi-Line Company LLC

Return Policy for Flower, Concentrate and Edibles from the Consumer

Flower:  The Hi-Line Company will not return or exchange pre-packaged flower for any reason besides a recall of said product.

Concentrates: Pre-Packaged wax, dabs and rosins will not be returned or exchanged for any reason besides a recall of said product. THC Vape Cartridges can be returned or exchanged due the possibility of a cartridge being faulty.  

Edibles: The Hi-Line Company will not return or exchange edibles unless it is determined that spoilage had occurred before purchase or a recall of said product. THe Customer must have a receipt for the purchase and original packaging. 

Cartridge Return or Exchange

The customer must have a receipt for the purchase and the original packaging in order to return the product. Broken cartridges are often due to operator error and will not be exchanged. If it is determined that the cartridge is faulty an exchange of the same product can be made. The faulty cartridge must be retained by The Hi-Line Company.  Speak to the customer about the reason for return.  Only reason to return an edible is if spoilage occurred before purchase.
